Pallet Delivery Day: A Practical Receiving Checklist

Confirm the delivery arrangements

Pallet shipping is different from receiving a small parcel. Before delivery, review your order information and tracking updates. Keep the delivery address and contact details accurate. If your property has a gate, restricted access or limited space, discuss it with the team before the shipment arrives.

Ask about access and unloading

Do not assume a particular vehicle, liftgate service or inside placement is included. Explain whether your address is residential or commercial and describe any unloading equipment available. Ask what arrangements apply to your shipment, especially if you cannot safely move a pallet yourself.

Prepare a clear receiving area

Set aside dry, secure space for the inventory. Clear obstacles from the agreed access route and keep children and pets away while unloading takes place. Arrange appropriate help or equipment in advance. Never try to move a heavy pallet with equipment that is not rated for the load.

Document arrival before unpacking

Compare the shipment information with your order. Photograph packaging, labels and visible concerns before discarding materials. Retain the invoice and delivery documents. When reviewing contents, use the listing and manifest details supplied for that lot.

Report a concern promptly

If you see damage or believe the shipment is incorrect, preserve the packaging and contact support with clear photographs and a description. Read the current return policy for reporting deadlines and the review process rather than assuming automatic acceptance or reimbursement.

Use the delivery page for shipping information, return policy for issue reporting, and Contact Us for access questions. Delivery estimates and selected dates should always be read alongside the latest order updates.
